Bohemian Sandwiches

Bettina likes to serve these sandwiches with Tomato Salad for an After-Theatre Party.  Arrange them on the plate log-cabin style.

• Twenty-four slices white bread, buttered
• One-half cup chopped ripe olives
• One-fourth cup pickle relish
• Two level tablespoons chopped capers
• Two level tablespoons chopped red peppers
• One level tablespoon horseradish
• One level tablespoon chopped chives
• One-fourth teaspoon salt
• One tablespoon mayonnaise
